Offer Agreement
1. General provisions
1.1. This public agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer" or "Agreement") is an official offer of the Site Owner, hereinafter referred to as the "Contractor", to provide advice on goods and services offered on the site, assistance in selecting the optimal type of goods or services, advice on any issues related to the use of the site, to individuals, hereinafter referred to as the "User, Customer", and collectively referred to as the "Parties", in accordance with the conditions listed below in the form of consultation by phone or using e-mail.
1.2. In accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Civil Code of the Russian Federation), this document is a public Offer and, if the conditions set out below are accepted, the person who accepted this Offer becomes the Customer. In accordance with Part 1 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Acceptance must be complete and unconditional.
1.3. The Contractor and the Customer provide mutual guarantees of their legal and legal capacity necessary for the conclusion and execution of this Contract for the provision of consulting services.
2. Subject of the offer
2.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision of consulting services to the Customer free of charge by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of this Offer by holding consultations by phone or using e-mail in order to satisfy the Customer's interest in the goods and services presented on the website.
3. Conditions for the provision of information services
3.1. The Customer accepts this Offer by sending his contact details using feedback forms posted on the website.
3.2. By accepting this Offer, the Customer gives his consent, including to the processing of his personal data consisting of name, email and / or phone number in order to fulfill the terms of this Agreement.
3.3. The Contractor contacts the Customer using the provided contact details and conducts consultations for him on all issues voiced by the Customer in the request or directly during the call.
3.4. If the Customer wishes to purchase a product or service, a separate contract is concluded between them.
3.5. The Contractor reserves the right to refuse to consult the Customer:
if it is impossible to contact him using the specified contact details,
if the question asked does not relate to the goods and services presented on the site,
in case of incorrect behavior of the Customer during the consultation, namely: inciting ethnic conflicts, insulting the consultant and the Owner of the site, repeated (more than twice) deviation from the consultation, advertising of any kind, obscene statements, dissemination of information that is obviously false.
4. The validity period of the offer. Final provisions
4.1. This Offer comes into force from the moment of publication on the Website on the Internet and is valid until the moment of withdrawal / modification of the Offer by the Contractor.
